Sundance sued over plane crash

Sundance Resources Limited (ASX:SDL) says it’s being sued by the estate of the late James Cassley.
 
Mr Cassley was among the victims who lost his life in the plane crash in the Congo in June 2010.
 
Mr Cassley was an employee of investment bank GMP Securities. GMP is the first defendant and Sundance is the second defendant.
 
The proceedings to be heard by the UK High Court, allege that both companies has a liability for negligence in the plane crash.
 
Losses claimed amount to over 6 million pounds stirling.
 
Sundance says it will defend the action.
 
Sundance booked a net loss of $14.1 million in the first half of fiscal 2013.
