Tabcorp Holdings Limited
(ASX:TAH) has purchased the TV wagering service of Donaco International Limited
(ASX:DNA) for $863,000.
The service, known as TAB Active, is linked to the Sky racing channels and available via the Foxtel platform.
TAB Active has been operating since 2008, and services Tabcorp customer is NSW, Victoria, Queensland, South and Western Australia.
The acquisition from Tabcorp will have no impact on the current operation of the service.
Tabcorp generated a net profit of $72.9 million in the first half of fiscal 2013.
