Orica’s Limited
(ASX:ORI) Executive Director Finance Noel Meehan will depart the group at the end of October to be replaced by Craig Elkington.
Orica says Mr Meehan has been with the company since 1999 and had served as chief financial officer since 2005.
Mr Elkington is currently global head of mining services but will take up the chief financial officer position on November 1.
Orica says a global search is underway to fill the position of head of mining services.
Orica generated a net profit of $276.6 million in the first half of this financial year.
