ThinkSmart Limited
(ASX:TSM) has entered into a three-year agreement with online retailer Kogan to launch an online rental product.
The move is in line with ThinkSmart’s interest in expanding its rental and payment plan point of sale product range into the online retail market.
CEO Ned Montarello says the partnership allows ThinkSmart to launch its paperless online point of sale finance product in Australia.
He says strong growth in the online retail market is expected to continue and ThinkSmart is well-positioned to capitalise on the trend.
Separately, ThinkSmart says it has extended its existing funding agreement with Secure Trust Bank to 60 million pounds stirling.
ThinkSmart posted a net loss of $1.4 million in its 2012 financial year.
