Transfield Services Limited
(ASX:TSE) has appointed Vince Nicoletti to the position of chief financial officer.
Transfield says Mr Nicoletti, who was most recently vice president of strategy and business development at BHP Billiton Limited
(ASX:BHP), will join the group in the first quarter of 2014.
Tiernan O'Rourke, who is currently serving in the role, will focus solely on his role of chief executive of the Middle East and Asia.
Transfield Services chief executive officer Graeme Hunt says Mr Nicoletti has strong commercial capability and deep risk management experience.
Transfield posted a net loss of $247 million in the first half of the current financial year.
