Technology One Limited
(ASX:TNE) has signed its first UK cloud customer with Pepper Europe.
Pepper Europe, a subsidiary of Pepper Home Loans, has switched from its legacy Oracle platform to sign up to Technology One's solution.
The financial services provider says it needs to move to a newer platform to cater for its acquisition of GE Capital’s Irish mortgage business.
Pepper Europe says the company needs a cloud-based financials application to help it meet the demands of setting up a new operation and integrating an existing business.
The Technology One Cloud platform is based on an annual licence fee and includes software, infrastructure and upgrades.
Technology One posted a net profit of $23.5 million for its 2012 financial year.
