New Century Resources
(ASX:NCZ) has appointed Robert McDonald to the position of Chairman of the Company.
His early career within the Rio Tinto Group involved various operational business development, deal making and strategic planning roles for Hamersley Iron, RTZ Services and Rio Tinto Minera SA.
This experience was followed by 20 years of investment banking.
In conjunction with this appointment, there has been two other planned board changes with Evan Cranston stepping into a non-executive director role and with Tolga Kumova stepping down from the Board.
Shares in New Century Resources
(ASX:NCZ) trading 5.3 per cent lower at 35 cents.
