InvoCare
(ASX:IVC) is buying up again - they have entered into a conditional purchase agreement to acquire Australian Heritage Funerals located in Toowoomba in Queensland.
This looks likely to be complete by the end of the month.
It currently operates under the Hiram Philp Funerals brand and also the Toowoomba Garden of Remembrance memorial park and generates annual revenue of approximately $2 million.
The acquisition includes a long term lease over the existing funeral home, mortuary and chapel.
Shares in InvoCare
(ASX:IVC) trading 0.18 per cent higher at $16.38.
