Djerriwarrh's FY19 revenue up 15.7%

Investment company Djerriwarrh (ASX:DJW) has announced its net profit attributable to members for the 2019 financial year was $34.3 million, up 9.2 per cent from $31.4 million in the year earlier period.

Revenue from operating activities rose by 15.7 per cent to $39.9 million.

The interim dividend for the 2019 financial year was 10 cents per share fully franked (the same as last year).

The net operating result after tax was $37.6 million, a 4.5 per cent increase from the previous corresponding period.

The company says the more significant positive contributors (including dividends and option income) to its portfolio performance over the 12-month period were BHP, Commonwealth Bank, Telstra, Brambles and CSL.

Shares in Djerriwarrh Investments (ASX:DJW) are 0.3 per cent higher at $3.61.
