New Century Resources
(ASX:NCZ) has flagged record quarterly zinc production from its Century mine, with June 2019 quarter totalling 20,450 tonnes.
The miner says it's had a strong exit rate performance over the quarter, with record monthly zinc production for June and record weekly zinc production during first week of July.
A recovery growth trend re-established during June, with recoveries up to 48 per cent in July to date and improvement continuing as plant stabilises at ~8 Mt per annum.
New Century maintains its September quarter guidance of 23,000 tonnes to 29,000 tonnes zinc metal.
Shares in New Century Resources
(ASX:NCZ) are trading 2.6 per cent higher at $0.40.
