Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield
(ASX:URW) has completed the sale of the Tour Majunga office building, located in the heart of the La Défense business district in Paris in France.
The building went to a consortium of institutional investors led by South-Korean securities firm Mirae Asset Daewoo and Amundi Real Estate.
The agreement was first entered into in April 2019.
The Net Disposal Price of the transaction is €850 million.

(ASX:URW) closed -4.09 per cent lower at $10.33 yesterday.
