AusNet Services
(ASX:AST) will say goodbye to their Company Secretary and Executive General Manager Governance, Claire Hamilton.
She handed in her resignation and will leave in the middle of August.
She is off to pursue a career opportunity outside the energy sector.
She has worked with AusNet Services and its predecessors for over 20 years and has been a member of the company’s Executive Leadership Team since 2009.
She initially led the risk and assurance function and since 2016, the company secretarial and governance portfolio.
Shares in AusNet Services
(ASX:AST) are trading 1.33 per cent higher at $1.91.
