Dame Moya Greene has notified the Rio Tinto
(ASX:RIO) Board of her intention to step down as a non-executive director with immediate effect.
She joined the Rio Tinto board in September 2018.
She said her decision to step down was due to the time commitment proving more considerable expected and that she wants to focus on her other roles.
