Digital travel business Webjet
(ASX:WEB) has unveiled its two recent blockchain innovations, Rezchain and Rezpayments.
Rezchain is the first workable blockchain technology in the travel industry Webjet will use it to reduce costs and increase competitive advantage.
Rezpayments is designed for the B2C sector and focuses on reducing costs required to comply with Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standards.
Looking forward Webjet has reaffirmed its FY19 guidance of at least $120 million EBITDA (excluding one-offs associated with the acquisition of DOTW).
Shares in Webjet
(ASX:WEB) are trading 3.52 per cent higher at $15.28.
