(ASX:SKT) appointed Blair Woodbury as its Chief Financial Officer.
Blair was instrumental in spinning out Chorus
(ASX:CNU) from Spark NZ
(ASX:SPK). Blair Woodbury will kick off the new role, with the dual listed company on 19 June 2019.
Blair Woodbury has been with global management consulting company, McKinsey & Company, since 2016, where helped NZ and overseas businesses bolster their performance
He has experience working with New Zealand’s largest organisations, leading change programmes that boosted both brand and performance.
Prior to his appointment at Sky Network TV, Deloitte Partner Andrew Dick has been acting as interim CFO.
Shares in Sky Network Television
(ASX:SKT) closed 0.44 per cent lower at $1.14 yesterday. Year-to-date its trading 36 per cent lower.
