Helloworld Travel
(ASX:HLO) has acquired New Zealand sports travel specialists, the Williment Travel Group.
This is following their departure from the former First Travel Group.
The company was established in 1967 by former All Black Mick Willliment.
It now has a reputation as New Zealand's premier sports tour specialist for many sporting codes such as rugby sevens, motor racing, tennis and cricket.
This acquisition is a strategic step in broadening Helloworld's range of travel offerings.
