Global logistics giant Brambles
(ASX:BXB), attributes increased market share in North America for a jump in first-half profit.
For the six months to December 31, net profit lifted to $US302.5 million, marking a rise in 26 per cent.
Looking ahead, the world’s largest supplier of pallets expects a full year profit of about $US1 billion.
Brambles declared an interim dividend of 13.5 cents per share, 30 cents franked.
