Guildford appoints key Mongolian management

Guildford Coal Limited (ASX:GUF) has appointed several key new management positions to subsidiary companies Terra Energy Limited and Guildford Coal Mongolia for its Mongolian coal operations.

The Coking Coal explorer says the appointments further strengthen its Executive Management team ahead of the start of production and planned rapid expansion of operations at its South Gobi project.

The appointments include CEO Peter Westerhuis, Chief Opertating Officer Julien Lawrence and Mining General Manager Mark Sinton.

Guildford has also upgraded its JORC resources for the Clyde Park and Hughenden Coal Projects in Queensland through independent geological consultants.
 
Guildford Coal reported a $23.1 million loss in fiscal 2012.
