Quickflix Limited
(ASX:QFX) has entered into an agreement with LG electronics for the distribution of its digital service through connected LG televisions in Australia and New Zealand.
The partnership is scheduled to launch in the current quarter.
CEO Stephen Langsford says estimates for the potential addressable audience for Quickflix streaming are now in the many millions.
The LG partnership will make Quickflix streaming the most accessible service for pay per view movies and TV in the region.
Quickflix reported a $13.9 million loss in the 2012 financial year.
