UXC Limited’s
(ASX:UXC) wholly owned US subsidiary UXC Eclipse Intelligent Solutions has completed the acquisition of New York based business management services provider Cole Systems Associates.
The business solutions company says the acquisition builds an advanced growth platform in the US and a significant opportunity to grow our UXC Eclipse business.
UXC Managing Director Cris Nicolli says the company sees the high growth US market as an ideal platform to combine with Cole Systems.
Mr Nicolli believes the positioning of UXC’s business across the US east coast will increase the opportunity for UXC Eclipse to further penetrate the US market with its own IP solution software, DAXeam.
UXC generated a net profit of $19.7 million for the 2012 financial year.
