Kathmandu
(ASX:KMD) has announced plans to split its COO and CFO functions as part of its international expansion.
Chris Kinraid has been appointed as CFO and Company Secretary, while Reuben Casey will continue as Chief Operating Officer.
Chris joined Kathmandu in 2014 as Group Financial Controller. His experience includes more than 10 years in senior group finance and analyst roles at multinationals including Cadbury, Alliance Boots and Tait Communications.
Kathmandu announced plans to venture into the US following its acquisition of footwear company Oboz in April last year.
