Fluence (ASX: FLC ) has today announced that it has inked a US$10 million contract for the design, engineering and construction of a (12,000 m3 /day) seawater desalination plant for one of the world’s largest steel producers.

The plant will be located at the customer’s steel production facility in eastern Brazil with construction on the plant expected to commence in the second quarter of 2019.

Shares in Fluence (ASX:FLC) are trading 6.82 per cent higher at 47 cents.
