BluGlass works with X-Celeprint for RPCVD proptype

Australian semiconductor technology developer, BluGlass (ASX:BLG) together with its customer X-Celeprint have used BluGlass’ Remote Plasma Chemical Vapour Deposition p-GaN technology in high performance microLED display prototypes.

X-Celeprint’s active matrix microLED displays that use RPCVD p-GaN have shown good luminance with colour uniformity.

X-Celeprint is a world leading developer of microtransfer printing technology.

They were the first adopter of RPCVD for microLED demonstrations.

Shares in BluGlass (ASX:BLG) are trading 6.5 per cent higher at 17 cents.
