Wattle Health requests extension to suspension as announcement imminent

Infant formula Wattle Health (ASX:WHA) has requested an extension of voluntary suspension on the ASX pending an announcement about the proposed acquisition of a stake in Blend and Pack.

In February the company announced it would purchase an additional 46 per cent stake of Australia’s largest independent nutritional dairy manufacturer for $46 million.

The Company requested and was granted a trading halt in the trading of the Company’s securities on 1 May 2019 and a voluntary suspension was granted on 3 May 2019.

The Company expects to make the announcement to the market before trading starts on Friday.

Shares in Wattle Health (ASX:WHA) last traded at 76 cents on 30 April.
