Qantas’s CFO to move to CEO of international business role

Qantas (ASX:QAN) is set to see some key changes to its leadership team with currant Chief Financial Officer, Tino La Spina moving to become Chief Executive Officer of Qantas International.

This follows the recent resignation of previous CEO, Alison Webster.

The group's chief customer officer Vanessa Hudson will move to the role of chief financial officer.

These changes will take effect from 1 October 2019, allowing Tino La Spina to close out the current fiscal year through to annual reporting.

All three roles will continue to report to Qantas Group CEO, Alan Joyce.

Shares in Qantas (ASX:QAN) are trading 0.18 per cent lower at $5.60.
