The Chairman of Genworth Mortgage Insurance Australia
(ASX:GMA) today announced that Georgette Nicholas has advised the Board of her decision to retire from her role as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director.
She is set to move back to her residence in the United States.
An Australian and international executive search for a new CEO & MD will now commence.
She will stay in Australia until a successor has been found and for a period of time afterwards to ensure a smooth handover.
Shares in Genworth Mortgage Insurance Australia
(ASX:GMA) closed 0.83 per cent lower at $2.39 yesterday.
