Meridian Energy
(ASX:MEZ) has today announced that Mike Roan has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately.
Mike will assume the role of General Manager Finance and Strategy and will have accountability for the finance, strategy and ICT functions at Meridian.
Mike is currently General Manager Wholesale Markets at Meridian for which an internal recruitment process will follow.

(ASX:MEZ) are trading 1.28 per cent lower at $3.87.
