(ASX:SPK) Future Director Nagaja Sanatkumar stepped down after an 18-month term with the company.
Nagaja Sanatkumar, GM of global e-commerce at Icebreaker clothing, joined the board in September 2017 under the Future Director programme, run by the New Zealand Institute of Directors.
The program aims to give people the opportunity to participate in boardroom discussions. However, they don’t have voting rights and are not involved in decision making.
It comes just a day after Spark New Zealand announced Grant McBeath will become Customer Director from 1 July 2019.
Grant McBeath will replace the current customer director Jolie Hodson, who is stepping up to become Spark’s chief executive from 1 July 2019.
Shares Spark
(ASX:SPK) are trading 1.15 per cent lower at $3.43. Year-on-year its shares are 7.4 per cent higher.
