Real estate investment trust major, Propertylink Group
(ASX:PLG) has announced the resignation of executive director, Andrew Fitzpatrick from the Propertylink board effective immediately.
Andrew is the head of corporate development at ESR and is responsible for mergers and acquisition strategy in Australia.
This follows ESR Australia’s takeover offer for Propertylink which closed on Friday 8 March 2019 with ESR proceeding to compulsory acquisition of Propertylink securities which were not accepted into the Offer.
It also follows the appointment yesterday of Jeffrey Shen, Stuart Gibson and Wee Peng to the Propertylink Board as Executive Directors effective immediately.
Shares in Propertylink Group
(ASX:PLG) last traded at $1.16.
