Ecommerce retailer Kogan.com
(ASX:KGN) today announced the appointment of Michael Hirschowitz as an independent non-executive director.
He served as a senior executive and director of Accent Group
(ASX:AX1) for over 20 years.
He has an extensive executive career in the retail sector, in building the Accent Group.
He will also serve as a member of the Board’s Remuneration and Nominations Committee and Audit and Risk Committee.

(ASX:KGN) closed 0.9 per cent lower at $3.50.
