Tilt Renewables
(ASX:TLT) has completed the acquisition of the Liverpool Range Wind Farm project from Epuron Pty Ltd.
The new wind farm development project located approximately 370 km north-west of Sydney between the townships of Coolah and Cassilis in the Upper Hunter Region of New South Wales.
The project received Development Consent from the State of NSW for up to 267 turbines in March 2018, and federal Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act approval in June 2018.
When fully constructed, the project could add up to 1,000 MW of new renewable energy generation to NSW and be the largest wind farm project in Australia.
Shares in Tilt Renewables
(ASX:TLT) closed flat at $2.20 yesterday.
