Pengana Capital Group
(ASX:PCG) has launched Australia’s first ASX listed investment trust that invests in global private equity.
The Pengana Private Equity Trust
(ASX:PE1) gives investors a select, complementary allocation to private credit and opportunistic investments.
The offer has restricted capacity, and is expected to close on 10 April 2019, unless fully allocated prior.
Investments in the Trust will be selected by Grosvenor Capital Management.
They manage over US$52 billion US dollars in alternative assets and have a 20-year track record in private markets investing.
This is the first time that Australian retail investors have the ability to access an ASX listed portfolio of global private equity investments.

(ASX:PCG) are trading 0.91 per cent lower to $2.18.
