Reliance Worldwide
(ASX:RWC) has announced the appointment of Stuart Crosby as Chairman, effective immediately.
The appointment follows the retirement of Jonathan Munz from the Board of the company.
Mr. Crosby has been a non-executive director of Reliance since April 2016 and has previously been CEO and President of Computershare.
Reliance Worldwide was listed in the ASX in 2016. The shares were sold at $2.50 and have performed solidly since then making it one of the more successful floats in Australia in the past few years.
