Australia's largest natural gas infrastructure business, APA Group
(ASX:APA) today announced that Patricia McKenzie will retire as a director of the Board of Australian Pipeline Limited (APL) with effect from next week.
APL is the responsible entity of Australian Pipeline Trust and APT Investment Trust that together comprise APA Group.
Ms McKenzie was appointed to the APL Board in January 2011.
Michael Fraser, Chairman of APA Group says Patricia contributed extensive expertise to APL‘s Board particularly in the areas of energy market regulation, governance and legal.
Shares in APA Group
(ASX:APA) trading 0.9 per cent lower at $9.92.
