Qualitas release their inaugural half year results

Qualitas Real Estate Income Fund (ASX:QRI) released their inaugural half year results, for the period ending 31 December 2018 with an operating profit of $304k achieved.

At the reporting date, the company had only been listed on the Australian Securities Exchange for just over one month.

Having successfully raised $231 million, QRI Manager has been focused on progressively deploying capital in line with the investment strategy.

Shares in Qualitas Real Estate Income Fund (ASX:QRI) closed 1.75 per cent lower to $1.68 yesterday.
