Mark Okeby has advised the board of Regis Resources
(ASX:RRL) that he has decided to retire as a director effective immediately.
Mark joined the board in 2009.
His corporate and legal experience has been invaluable to the Company over a long period of time and he has been a significant contributor to its success.
Shares in Regis Resources
(ASX:RRL) closed 3.78 per cent higher to $5.76.
