Graincorp
(ASX:GNC) has today announced the appointment of Stephanie Belton as General Counsel .
Ms Belton will also be appointed as Company Secretary in due course.
She will join the executive leadership and will be responsible for Graincorp's legal and governance functions.
She was most recently General Counsel and Company Secretary at SurfStitch and previously held roles with HelloWorld Travel and Qantas Airways.
The appointment comes as Graincorp is in the midst of a $3.3 billion dollar takeover bid from Long Term Asset Partners.
