Essential services software provider, Gentrack Group
(ASX:GTK), has secured a new contract to supply billing and customer management software to a UK water retailer on a subscription basis.
This is the largest contract Gentrack has signed to date with a water retailer in the UK's open water market.
The software aims to support an improved customer experience and reduce the water retailers cost base.
Gentrack have not released the name of the water retailer but have announced that it is one of the leading business water retailers, and serves several thousands of businesses with water and wastewater services.
Shares in Gentrack Group are trading 1.88 per cent higher to $4.89.
