Propel Funeral Partners
(ASX:PFP) has bought into multiple vendors in New Zealand.
Including the Waikanae Funeral Home and the Kaitawa Crematorium, and Howard & Gannon Funerals.
In their last financial year, the businesses conducted around 300 funerals.
Albin Kurti, Managing Director of Propel says: “New Zealand is a core market for Propel".
Completion of the proposed transactions is expected by 30 June 2019.
