Advanced materials company, First Graphene
(ASX:FGR) has accepted the resignation of Clive Carver from the board.
He joined the board in October as the Company viewed the alternatives for listing on the London Stock Exchange in the UK.
However, with the turmoil in global markets in November and December, which saw the Dow Jones Index lose approximately 10 per cent, and the continuing uncertainly surrounding the UK’s Brexit position the Directors resolved to withhold going forward.

(ASX:FGR) has a primary manufacturing base in Henderson, WA. The company was recently incorporated in the UK as First Graphene UK.
Shares in First Graphene
(ASX:FGR) closed 3.03 per cent lower to 16 cents.
