Smart building materials company ClearVue Technologies
(ASX:CPV) has signed an memorandum of understanding with Grafsol Trading.
They are an independent trading company in the business of importation and sale of green building products in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
The two companies will work together to formalize a distribution licence within 60 days of the MOU being signed.
Shares in ClearVue Technologies
(ASX:CPV) are trading 14.04 per cent higher to 33 cents.
