Industrial explosives maker, Incitec Pivot
(ASX:IPL) says unplanned outages at two of its plants are expected to impact its earnings by around $45 million.
The Louisiana plant has been impacted by downtime caused by issues in the plant's CO2 removal system.
The company says the outage is expected to result in a full in production for the 2019 fiscal year of about 80 000 tonnes.
Additionally the company's Phosphate Hill facility was affected by a leak in its phosphoric acid plant.
