Santos
(ASX:STO) has today announced first oil from the Van Gough infill project.
The milestone marks the successful completion of the two-well program that will increase production from the field.
The Van Gough field is one of three subsea oil field developments located in the Exmouth Basin offshore Western Australia.
Santos Chief Kevin Gallagher says the program has been a great success, enabling a lift in production from the field.
Shares in Santos
(ASX:STO) are trading 1.07 per cent higher at $6.17.
