The Chief Operating Officer of Treasury Wines,
(ASX:TWE) Robert Foye has made a speedy departure following a breach of the company's internal policies.
Deputy Chief Operating Officer Tim Ford will take over the role with immediate effect.
The company says the breach was not related to the it's trading performance.
Treasury Wines says the results for first half 2019 will reflect a performance above consensus earnings of $332 million and will be within a range of $335 to $340 million.

(ASX:TWE) are trading 0.52 per cent lower at $15.26.
