Sky and Space Global
(ASX:SAS) is set to expand its footprint in the US and South America after signing two new Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) agreements.
The satellite company has signed a reseller MoU with Cobbosseecontee Comunications LLC, a subsidiary of Carnegie technologies, which is a global communications company based in Texas.
The agreement further consolidates the company's position in the international resellers network and moves it closer to becoming a dominant player in the satellite communication market.
A separate agreement with Arycom supports SAS's global growth strategy by further increasing its presence in South America.
Shares in Sky and Space Global
(ASX:SAS) are trading 5.65 per cent lower at 2 cents.
