Telstra
(ASX:TLS) has announced the resignation of Director, Jane Hemstritch.
The telco says Ms Hemstritch, who was appointed in 2016 will be stepping down with immediate effect.
She was a member of Telstra’s remuneration and nomination committees
Telstra Chairman John Mullen says Ms Hemstritch will be leaving to further develop her philanthropic interests, particularly in the area of medical research.
Shares in Telstra Corporation
(ASX:TLS) closed 0.68 per cent lower at $2.90 yesterday.
