Goodman Group
(ASX:GMG) has launched a $400 million equity raising to fund long term growth opportunities.
Goodman says it is launching the raising following strong performance across key global markets and continuing global platform expansion.
Goodman Group has also announced a joint venture with a Brazilian industrial and real estate developer, WTORRE.
The JV, called WTGoodman, will see a 50/50 development undertaking of prime logistics and industrial properties throughout Brazil.
Goodman Group achieved net profit of $450.5 million in the 2012 financial year.
