SEEK Limited’s
(ASX:SEK) Chairman Bob Watson has advised he will retire next month to be replaced by non-executive director Neil Chatfield.
Mr Watson will step down at the end of the company’s AGM next month to pursue other interests and opportunities.
Mr Watson joined the board at the company’s inception 13 years ago and championed the online advertiser’s growth into a number of the world’s fastest growing economies including Asia, Brazil and Mexico.
SEEK’s full year net profit jumped by 35 per cent to $137.5 million.
