Agribusiness Elders Limited
(ASX:ELD) has launched an online rural supplies business that will allow farmers to order selected products from its website.
Elders says the website is the first in Australia for online rural supplies and designed to meet the changing demands of its customers.
The online store will complement its 220 branches across Australia. Elders recently redefined its strategic direction in the rural services sector focusing on its core network and trading business.
In the first half of the 2012 financial year Elders posted a net profit of $41.9 million.
