Sydney Airport Holdings Limited
(ASX:SYD) has appointed Stephen Mentzines to the role of Chief Financial Officer replacing Tim Finlayson.
Mr Mentzines who has over 30 years financial and infrastructure expertise, has worked at Macquarie Group Limited
(ASX:MQG) and Westpac Banking Corporation
(ASX:WBC).
The airport is focused expanding aviation capacity into 2045. The airport advised yesterday its foreign ownership level increased to 37.3 per cent.
Sydney Airport posted a net profit of $77.8 million in the first half of the 2012 financial year.
